FAQ
What is your method of payment?
We accept credit card, debit, cash or cheque.
Can we access our RV anytime?
If you have a Key Pad entry code you can enter during gate access hours 7 days per week. Please see gate access hours posted under Hours of Operations.
Do we occupy the same stall all the time?
Yes you occupy the same stall regardless of the term you sign up for.
Can we put other things in our stall?
No the stall is for the registered unit only. You may leave your vehicle in the stall if you have a motor home. We do not encourage anything to be left in the stall.
Can we make repairs on sight when required?
No, but we will allow a qualified service truck to make repairs.
Can we use the garbage containers around the facility?
Yes indeed but no household garbage please, only from your RV.
Do you recycle anything?
Yes we collect bottles on behalf of CAMP SUNFLOWER a local summer camp for severely handicapped children which we proudly support.
What if we want to use or remove our unit during the winter?
Please call us two or three days before you wish to access or return your RV to your stall. We will make sure the snow has been cleared away for you.
Are you open to suggestions?
We welcome suggestions as we intend to be the best RV storage facility in Calgary and intend to make you happy anytime we are able to.

Been storing my RV here for several years, awesome owners and staff, friendly and accommodating, maintenance of the place is always swift to react to weather conditions and the best security you’ll find anywhere. Access is really good! You can buy firewood and ice if you need it, but the dump station is FREE starting in 2021. As well they have AIR for your tires, this is the best! Thank you Stampede City!
Been storing my RV here for just 1 year. Love the facilities. Air available. 2 bay sani dump with proceeds donated to charity… great idea and traffic control when it gets busy which isn’t that often. Wood available too. Yard is clean and well maintained.Great security and Cathy is a dream to deal with. Had a rookie park job into my stall and was too close to one side. She was very cordial in asking me to move it. Love the customer service and would not hesitate to recommend Stampede to anyone.
I stored both my motorcycles at Stampede for the past 3 years. It was great to have them safely stored away for the winter in a secure heated facility with power for trickle charges and a cement floor at a reasonable price. The staff were always helpful and the facility was accessible whenever we needed to have access. All in all a great experience and I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting to store their motorcycle(s).
This facility is terrific. Very nice accommodating folks, well maintained yard, very secure. And convenient – head straight west to hit Ghost, McLean Creek, or Kananaskis and avoid the city traffic altogether!
Have been a long time customer and have never had a complaint. Always friendly service, whether its with the security guys or the front office. Plus I think they’ve done a good job with security overall. Never had any issues.
